In order to allow clients more control over their projects, Paddington Media has developed the Paddington Client System.

The Paddington Client System will give clients the ability to do the following:

• Review, edit and submit both maintenance and bug tickets 
• Review the status of existing tickets 
• Review current invoices 
• Retrieve critical account and billing information
